  • 2nd ~ 4th week: Alignment & adjustment of Hatha Yoga
  • A complete teaching methodology on extensive teaching session that teach you to upgrade teaching skill, verbal & non-verbal

expression & mindful approach to people with respect, awareness & responsibilities.

  • Experience Indian culture, which is Fire Puja (ceremony) in the beginning & ending of the each course
